Michael Wu, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Michael Wu is an associate attorney at RELAW, APC, where he leads the firm’s Subdivision and Developer Services practice. He assists developers with condominium, planned development, small-lot, and other subdivision matters, including governing documents, public report applications, and project formation. A native of Oak Park, Michael grew up in the Conejo Valley. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. During law school, he worked in the real estate industry for several years, gaining practical experience that informs his work with developers and property owners. Michael is admitted to practice law in California. Outside the office, he is a competitive weightlifter in his free time.
