Nikki Hashemi brings extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate to RELAW APC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Germanic Studies (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where she was invited to join the Moot Court.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2005, Nikki has represented hundreds of clients in matters ranging from estate planning and trust administration to probate, foreclosure avoidance, and personal bankruptcy. She now leads RELAW’s Estate Planning & Administration Department, helping individuals and families create thoughtful plans to protect what matters most and navigate the administration process with clarity and confidence.

Having seen both the peace of mind that comes from well-structured, fully funded estate plans and the challenges of inadequate planning, Nikki emphasizes proactive guidance to help clients avoid pitfalls and prevent unnecessary conflict. She is passionate about facilitating meaningful conversations that clarify wishes and preserve family harmony.

Personally familiar with the emotional and legal complexities that follow a loved one’s passing, Nikki is dedicated to assisting families through trust administration and non-litigated probate matters with compassion, diligence, and calm reassurance.

Drawing on her background as a certified Life Coach with an emphasis in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Nikki is known for her patient and approachable style, making complex legal concepts accessible and empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of her legal practice, Nikki serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for a local charter school and enjoys supporting education and her community. She and her husband live in Southern California with their two daughters, whose curiosity and energy inspire her both personally and professionally.
